Packages or one-off Genie service to benefits you, your family, friends & tenants.
We offer four means to employ Salcombe Genie:
- Holiday Home Genie Time discount package. Holiday Home owners value the attraction in offering our concierge-style service. This bundle makes Salcombe Genie available for you and all your paying/non-paying visitors for up to 25hrs each year. The package includes a 20% discount, costing £500/yr, which can be paid by direct debit or one off payment.
- Second Home Genie Time discount package. This bundle makes Salcombe Genie available for you and your visitors for up to 5hrs each year. The package includes a 15% discount, costing £106.25/yr, which can be paid by direct debit or one off payment.
- Genie Time, 5hr discount bundle. This bundle makes Salcombe Genie available for you over the course of your holiday or event and is particularly attractive to people with large families, staying for a week or more or looking for Genie to event manage.
- Genie Time, One-off. This is for the occasional Genie user looking for support on a particular service e.g. a childminder. The cost for the first hour is £25.00; additional time includes a 15% discount at £21.25.
Booking information
The Booking process is defined with simplicity, integrity and value for money at its centre.
- Salcombe Genie only charges for the time it uses in servicing your request (min. 1/2hr). This time commences on your request by phone or email for Salcombe Genie services.
- Once a booking is confirmed we will send you a Salcombe Genie Booking Confirmation / Invoice that contains…
a. detailed information of your booking
b. the terms and conditions of your service provider
c. the bill for Salcombe Genie’s services.
- Salcombe Genie should be paid within 14 days.
- The Booking Confirmation should be retained and presented to your service provider where necessary.
Payment Terms
- Salcombe Genie: requires payment within 14 days of receipt of Booking Confirmation, including goods purchased on your behalf as the client.
- External Service Providers: require payment according to their own terms and conditions, for which please refer to the Booking Confirmation provided.
Goods/Services provided
- Any goods and/or services provided in connection with the concierge facilities are provided by the suppliers as independent contractors. Whilst Salcombe Genie does its best to ensure that any goods and/or services are of an acceptable standard we do not act as agent for any supplier and have no authority to make any representation or grant any warranty on behalf of any supplier
and will accept no liability in contract or negligence for defaults of the suppler in the provision of the goods and/or services. - Once the booking is made the contract of sale exists directly between you the Owner/Visitor and the Supplier. Receiving payment is a matter between the Supplier and the Owner / Visitor, information on which is supplied by Salcombe Genie on your Booking Confirmation.
